"Dancer" (she's 14.1 hands) My
first ever foal to raise! I didn't know anything about raising a
foal-- it was trail and error! HA! She's turned out to be
wonderful. I trail rode her for many years. We also jumped
for awhile. She was up to three feet on all kinds of jumps. I had
a very serious accident while jumping--broke my ankle and
fractured a vertebra! It put me out of riding (and almost
everything else) for about six months. Believe it or not, the day
my back brace came off, I got on Shadow and we jumped our course.
I was scared to death, but I knew I had to do it!
