Hey, check the air in the tires-forget the gas--I have REAL HORSEPOWER!!!!!!!!!  We all need to start doing this!! GIDDY-UP!!

This is our spotted (black and white) donkey! His name is Cracker Jack and we call him "CJ".  He's in the pasture with the foals right now. He's already keeping dogs out of the pasture  and he's only 7 months old (I think)! He likes "Cowboy" (my Australian Shepherd) as long as he's not in the pasture. We let them play( CJ and Cowboy) in the arena ! Cowboy also has fun bringing in the foals in the evenings! CJ halters and loads in the two-horse trailer, we've not try to do any clipping yet, but that's next on the list of things to do!

Sammy Kershaw stalks a pigeon.

AJ on the tractor

SK is helping Keith hook up horse trailer (the truck is moving--SK rides in the truck, on the hood, even on top of the truck sometimes). AJ (Alan Jackson) is asleep on the tractor, and a white pigeon is on the top of the tractor.

Alan Jackson and Sammy Kershaw

These are our barn cats (Ms. Kitty, Doc, Chester, Sammy Kershaw on table--Alan Jackson on floor). Oh yes, Sox our dog--he ran the place.  (He has past over the Rainbow).  "Our hard working Barn Cats------taking a rest after a long hard night of mouse patrol. AJ & SK (Sammy Kershaw) (these 2 cats are brothers) are on mouse patrol---they know I don't like rats in the feed room !!!!

Fred and Ethel

The Studdleys

This is Fred and Ethel,  my black and white turkeys. You can see I've gone crazzzzy with black and white animals.

Mark named our swans "The Studdleys".   When he's at his garage (rebuilding old Ford cars and trucks) working, the Studdleys come out and supervise at the garage. It's so funny, they come in the garage walk around and watch what they're doing. We call them "The Shop Chickens".

Ms. Kitty

Kids will be kids!

Ms. Kitty is telling AJ he missed a spot on the window!! AJ says" I don't think this comes under Mouse Patrol"???? But you know females have a way with getting their point across! (the barn has got to be pressure washed--look at that green stuff????!!!) Kids will be kids!

Don't you just hate flies?!?

The James Gang rides again!
Hand over your cash!

Keith is leading Pride with Brian and Hampton riding--this was Hampton first time on a horse--he was not happy! He's not "critter" crazy like me!! But we were very proud of him for riding !!

This is Leigh riding Pride (with Danny leading--Benton and Hampton wanted their Mom to ride like they did--someone leading the horse)! Leigh hopes to start working with us and Asti , maybe she's show Asti this year! This is Benton riding Pride with Keith leading her! Benton wants to show in lead line classes this year!!

This is the feed store where we buy our feed and some of our other farm supplies! I've used Farmers' Trading Post for about eight years!  Their a very caring people and try hard to please their customers. Their located on Hwy 31 in Morris, Al .Tommy's parents had the store before they retired. So it's a family business. I can call them at home and they will meet me at the store and they have even brought our feed out to the farm!!

Marie and Marilyn are two of the girls that really run the vet's office!!! Marilyn is also the lady I got CJ from (Marilyn and Eddie raise quarter horses). Marie has become a very good friend, her and her boyfriend , Mark and I get together and horse-a-round some!!!!
